Acceleration of Production Natural Disinfectants from the Combination of Eco-Enzyme Domestic Organic Waste and Frangipani Flowers (Plumeria alba)

Control variables include fermentation time, water composition, brown sugar, yeast (Saccharomyches cerevisiae) fixed amount. results showed longer alcohol concentration increased, while pH value decreased. optimum time eco-enzymes according standard requirements disinfecting purposes 8-10 days, wherein has produced content 60-70% and been reached below 4.0. compounds flower extract through phytochemical GC-MS tests terpenoids (linalool, geraniol, terpineol), quercetin flavonoid citrulline groups alkaloids tannins which have various activities support their role disinfectant including antibacterial, anti-fungi, antivirals. combination Eco-Enzym domestic (Plumeria alba) inhibit growth Staphylococcus aureus bacteria very strong inhibition category ranging 31.85-34.41 mm.
